At precisely 10AM an adorable young lady emerged from the elevator and marched into the office.

"Hi, my name is Ingred Stauss and I have an appointment with Frank."

"Are you Frank?"

I invited Ingred to sit at the table, gave her an overview of the product and compensation and hired her on the spot, if she wanted the position.

She yelled at me!!!

"You can't hire me, you haven't read my resume..."

Hans Holtzer (Amityville Horror) imparted his wisdom upon me on February 18, 2000 in a 5 minute phone call and 45 minutes later 12 Souls were off to Heaven.

"What did you do, what did you do, the air is so clear in the basement, what did you do? screamed Tony the handyman when he returned from St. Patrick's.

Gregory (son) and I handed property manager Michael Bouffard the keys at 4:45PM on February 25, 2000 and returned home to a call from publicist Barbara Mouk and her NY Times discovery that the FIRE began at 4:45PM on February 25, 1969.
